1. Trademarks & Non-Affiliation

Monoblock Masters LLC is an independent aftermarket seller and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Mercedes-AMG GmbH, Daimler, BMW AG, Audi AG, Volkswagen AG, Porsche AG, or any vehicle manufacturer.

All manufacturer names, model names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to a vehicle make, model, or to terms such as "Mercedes," "AMG," or "AMG-style" is used solely for descriptive and fitment-reference purposes. Such references do not imply any affiliation, origin, or endorsement.

Our wheels are aftermarket, non-OEM replica products. They are not manufactured by any vehicle manufacturer and do not carry, and are not sold with, any manufacturer badges, logos, or center-cap emblems.

2. Product Nature

Our in-stock wheels are 1-piece cast aftermarket monoblock wheels (non-OEM), unless a specific product is expressly described otherwise. They are not forged and are not original equipment. Finishes, colors, and photographs are representative; slight variation may occur.

3. Fitment Disclaimer

Any fitment information we provide — including our fitment checker, bolt patterns, center-bore, offset (ET), width, and vehicle-compatibility notes — is offered as general guidance only and is not a guarantee of fit. Actual fitment depends on your specific vehicle, its brake/caliper setup, suspension, ride height, tire size, and any modifications.

You are solely responsible for confirming that a wheel, tire, and hardware combination is correct and safe for your vehicle before ordering and before installation. Some applications may require hub-centric rings, wheel spacers, longer or different-thread lug bolts, or fender/caliper clearance work. TPMS sensors, tires, and mounting hardware are not included unless expressly stated.

4. Installation & Safety

Wheels must be installed by a qualified professional technician using the correct hardware, torqued to the vehicle manufacturer's specification, and re-checked after initial driving. Inspect all wheels upon delivery and prior to installation; do not install any wheel that appears damaged. Installing a damaged wheel, or driving on improperly installed or incorrectly sized wheels, can cause loss of vehicle control, property damage, serious injury, or death.

Monoblock Masters is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, off-road or track/competition use, curb or road-hazard damage, corrosion from road salt or improper cleaning, or any modification of the product after delivery.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated by us in writing, products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any claim for a manufacturing defect or transit damage is governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monoblock Masters LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, arising out of or related to the use of this website or any product purchased from us. In all cases, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site are error-free, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order.

8. Governing Law

These notices and any dispute arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
