TERMS OF SERVICE — MONOBLOCK MASTERS
Welcome to Monoblock Masters ("we," "us," "our"), operating at
mercedesmonoblockwheels.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your
use of our website and your purchase of our products. By using our site or
placing an order, you agree to these Terms, including our Refund &
Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated here by
reference. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or order.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to
purchase from us.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We sell aftermarket (non-OEM) monoblock and forged wheels. Product names,
photos, finishes, and specifications are provided as accurately as
possible, but slight variation in finish, appearance, and manufacturing
tolerances is normal and is not a defect. Our wheels are not affiliated
with, endorsed by, or manufactured by Mercedes-Benz or any vehicle
manufacturer; brand and model names are used only to indicate fitment.
3. FITMENT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to confirm correct fitment for your specific
vehicle before ordering — including bolt pattern, center bore, offset,
width, load rating, and brake/caliper clearance. Use our fitment checker or
contact us if you are unsure. We are not responsible for wheels ordered in
the wrong specification, and per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorrect
fitment selection by the buyer is not grounds for a return of an in-stock
set.
4. INSTALLATION, SAFETY & LIABILITY
Wheels are a safety-critical component. They must be installed by a
qualified professional using correct hardware, torque specifications, and
any required hub-centric rings, and must be re-torqued as recommended after
initial use. You are responsible for ensuring the wheels and tire
combination are legal and safe for road use in your jurisdiction. To the
fullest extent permitted by law, Monoblock Masters is not liable for
damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse,
overloading, modification, racing/off-road use, or failure to maintain the
wheels. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid
for the product.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency and are the total
you pay us. Payment is charged at the time of order to fund production of
your set. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; in the event of
an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel
the affected order and issue a full refund.
6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any
order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing
errors, or stock or production constraints. If we cancel an order you have
paid for, you will receive a full refund.
7. PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Our sets are produced and shipped factory-direct. You acknowledge that
delivery takes approximately 4–5 weeks as described on our product pages, at
checkout, and in our Shipping Policy, and that this lead time is a condition
of your purchase.
8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund &
Cancellation Policy. In summary: in-stock orders may be cancelled within 24
hours and before production; in-stock sales are otherwise final; and custom
or forged made-to-order builds are non-refundable and non-cancellable once
production begins. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered as
set out in that policy.
9. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us first at
Sales@mercedesmonoblockwheels.com. Initiating a chargeback in place of
contacting us — particularly for an order within its disclosed lead time or
covered by our final-sale or custom-order terms — may be contested using
your agreement to these Terms, your order records, and delivery tracking.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is
our property or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without
our written consent.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan USA, without
regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts
located there.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the
time of your order applies to that order.
